Create a plan to improve findability in SharePoint. What people struggle to find: [HARD_TO_FIND]. Search terms they use: [SEARCH_TERMS]. Current titles, metadata and structure: [CURRENT_STRUCTURE]. Size of the content: [SIZE].

Use real search terms in plain language. Diagnose why items are hard to find (titles, missing metadata, duplicates, permission-trimmed results, old content); search shows people only what they have permission to see. Propose fixes in order of effort: better titles and descriptions, a small set of metadata, pinned or featured links, a search results page that suits common queries, synonyms where available, and archiving [VERIFY]. Test the plan with ten search terms, listing the expected result and how to check it. Measure the percentage of test searches where the right document appears in the top three (for example 6 of 10 is 60 percent), and run a monthly routine reviewing top searches with no results. Rank the fixes by effort against the number of searches affected, and say which one to do this week. Keep the plan to what the site owner can do without developer help, and list what would need IT.
