Aftercare Message Templates
Send clear post-appointment guidance.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Write aftercare messages. Services and manufacturer aftercare instructions that I provide: [SERVICES_AFTERCARE]. Channels: [CHANNELS]. Tone: [TONE]. Draft messages of 60 to 100 words for each service, containing practical aftercare points that I supplied, a prompt to contact the salon if the client has questions or concerns, and a rebooking suggestion with a placeholder link. Do not add health advice beyond the manufacturer's instructions, and advise clients with reactions or concerns to seek medical advice. Include a template for follow-up a week later asking for feedback, and a plan to keep records of messages sent. Mark product-specific advice as items to verify with manufacturer instructions [VERIFY]. Also add a template for a message when a client reports a problem, which listens, asks for details, invites them in to check, and does not minimise concerns, and a record of the conversation. Keep the advice practical and modest: no income promises, no assumptions about my business structure, and a [VERIFY] tag with [JURISDICTION] on anything that depends on regulation or tax.
