Role-Play: Objection Gauntlet
Practice five different objections in a row.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Run an objection role-play. My product: [PRODUCT]. The buyer persona: [BUYER_PERSONA]. The stage of the deal: [DEAL_STAGE]. My weak spots: [WEAK_SPOTS]. You are the buyer. Raise five objections one at a time, in this order: price, timing, a competitor, risk or trust, and "I need to talk to my boss". Make each realistic and specific to the persona, in 1 to 3 sentences. After my reply, react as the buyer: soften if I acknowledge the concern, ask a good question, and answer honestly; harden if I argue, ignore the concern, or pressure; end each round with a new concern or a small agreement. Do not accept at the end of round five unless I earned a clear next step. Begin with the first objection. When I type SCORE, give: 1. For each round, what I did well, what I missed, and a better first sentence. 2. Patterns across rounds (do I answer before asking? do I over-explain?). 3. A table scoring listening, honesty, clarity, and next-step control from 1 to 5 with a quoted line each. 4. Three phrases to practise.
