Help me give feedback on a colleague's draft. The draft (paste or summarise): [DRAFT]. What the colleague asked for: [REQUEST]. Our relationship and their sensitivities: [RELATIONSHIP].

Organise feedback into three levels: big picture (argument, structure), paragraph level (clarity, evidence), and sentence level (style, grammar). Write comments that describe the effect on the reader and offer suggestions, in a kind and specific tone. Provide a summary note of 120 words with two strengths and two priorities, a table of detailed comments, and a script for a conversation. Avoid rewriting their work for them and avoid vague praise or harsh judgments.

Also add a short way to prioritise: no more than five major comments, and an offer to discuss in person. Include a final check that the feedback would still feel constructive if I received it.

Add a short plan for a follow-up after the colleague revises, with a question about which suggestions they found most useful, to improve how I give feedback next time.
