Plan slides that support teaching.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Create a brief for a training deck. Learners and what they need to be able to do afterwards: [LEARNERS_OUTCOMES]. Content to cover: [CONTENT]. Session length and format: [LENGTH_FORMAT]. Produce a plan with learning objectives, a slide sequence that alternates input with activities (every ten minutes), the content of each slide in brief, an activity with instructions for each break, and a check for understanding. Specify visuals, examples and the trainer's talking points. Include accessibility guidance, a handout outline, and a feedback form of five questions. Keep slides light on text and move detail to notes. Provide a timing table and a plan for adapting to a shorter slot. Also add a trainer's notes table with timing, slide number, activity and materials, and a short guide to adapting the deck for an online session with breakout rooms. Throughout, keep the focus on what learners will do, not on what the trainer will say. Add a closing slide that asks learners to write one action they will take in the next week and one person who can help them, and a plan to follow up after thirty days. Add a section on delivery and evaluation. Provide a facilitator guide for running the deck, with a script for the opening five minutes, timings, questions to ask the group, and tips for handling dominant and quiet participants. Add a four-level evaluation plan: reaction (feedback form), learning (a short quiz with answers), behaviour (a manager check after thirty days), and results (a measure agreed with the sponsor). Include a template for the learning objectives written as observable behaviours, a handout design brief, and an accessibility checklist (font sizes, contrast, captions for video, alternative formats). Add a plan for updating the deck every six months and for collecting examples from learners to improve it. Suggest keeping a record of changes made after each delivery, with the reason and the date.

Plan extract (invented, 60-minute session on customer emails) Objectives: write a clear first reply in under 5 minutes; use the template correctly. Slide sequence: 1 objectives; 2 example reply; 3 pair activity; 4 template; 5 practice; 6 check for understanding; 7 action plan. Activity after slide 3: rewrite a poor email in pairs (10 minutes). Check for understanding: three short scenarios; learners choose the best reply. Feedback form: 'What will you do differently on Monday?' Trainer note for slide 3: let pairs work for ten minutes, then ask two pairs to read out one change they made; do not correct individuals in front of the group.
