Plan a Q&A practice session. The presentation and its key claims: [PRESENTATION_CLAIMS]. The colleague who will play the audience: [COLLEAGUE]. Time: [TIME].

Provide instructions for the colleague, including how to ask questions (some easy, some tough, some off topic), how to interrupt, and how to give feedback. Create a script of 15 questions, a scoring sheet for my answers on clarity, honesty, brevity and tone, and a debrief form. Include a rule to record the session and review it. Offer an adaptation for solo practice with a timer and recorded questions. End with a list of three habits to fix before the real event.

Also add a feedback template with three columns: keep, change, try, and a plan to repeat the session after changes, with a different set of questions.

Also add a short ground rule list for the colleague: be realistic, do not trick me, give feedback on the answer and not on my personality, and stop when time is up.
