Prepare for questions after a product launch talk. Product, claims and known weaknesses: [PRODUCT_CLAIMS]. Audience (customers, press, partners): [AUDIENCE]. Topics that are sensitive: [SENSITIVE_TOPICS].

List twenty likely questions grouped by theme (price, competition, reliability, privacy, roadmap, support), with the intent behind each, a draft answer in three sentences that is honest and does not exaggerate, and a bridge back to the main message. Mark answers that need approval from legal or product teams [VERIFY], and questions where the honest answer is that I do not know yet, with a follow-up plan. Include rules: do not speculate about unreleased features, do not disparage competitors, and do not promise dates. Add a practice schedule.

Also add a one-page hold-the-line sheet for the three claims that must be consistent across all speakers, and a process for logging questions asked live so that unanswered ones receive a follow-up within a week.

Also add a practice method: have a colleague ask the five hardest questions in random order, answer each in under thirty seconds, and record where I hesitate, then revise those answers.
