Walk me through earned value for my project. Budget at completion: [BUDGET_AT_COMPLETION]. Planned percent complete to date: [PLANNED_PERCENT]. Actual percent complete: [ACTUAL_PERCENT]. Actual cost to date: [ACTUAL_COST]. Weeks elapsed and total weeks: [WEEKS].

Compute with my numbers and explain each result in one plain sentence:
- Planned value PV = planned percent x budget.
- Earned value EV = actual percent x budget.
- Cost variance = EV - AC; schedule variance = EV - PV.
- Cost performance index = EV / AC; schedule performance index = EV / PV.
- Estimate at completion: EAC = BAC / CPI if current efficiency continues, and EAC = AC + (BAC - EV) if the rest goes to plan.
- Estimate to complete and variance at completion.

Output format: a calculation table (Measure | Formula | Value | Meaning: over or under budget, ahead or behind), then a range for the final cost from the two EAC cases, three recovery options with trade-offs, and a stakeholder summary of about 100 words. Add cautions: percent complete is a judgment, EV ignores quality, and indices mislead early in a project.

See an example result (fictional data)
Budget at completion 200,000. Planned 40 percent complete, actual 35 percent complete, actual cost 90,000.
PV = 0.40 x 200,000 = 80,000. EV = 0.35 x 200,000 = 70,000.
Cost variance = 70,000 - 90,000 = -20,000 (over budget).
Schedule variance = 70,000 - 80,000 = -10,000 (behind).
CPI = 70,000 / 90,000 = 0.78. SPI = 70,000 / 80,000 = 0.875.
EAC if current efficiency continues = 200,000 / 0.78 = 256,410. EAC if the rest goes to plan = 90,000 + (200,000 - 70,000) = 220,000.
So expect between 220,000 and 256,000. Percent complete is a judgment; verify it before reporting.
