Monday.com Bug and Feature Request Intake
Set up an intake board for product feedback.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Design an intake board for bugs and feature requests on monday.com. Sources: [SOURCES]. Team that triages: [TRIAGE_TEAM]. How we prioritise: [PRIORITISATION]. Describe how the form, board and statuses fit together: what the requester fills in, what the triager sees, and how the requester is told about progress. Keep the request text in the requester's words in one column and the triager's summary in another so the original is never lost. Provide the form fields, columns, status flow (new, needs info, accepted, planned, done, declined), severity or value definitions, and a message for each status change to the requester. Duplicates rule: search first, link the new item to the existing one, and thank the reporter. Prioritisation as a simple value-and-effort table, with three sample incoming requests and how each would be handled. Hold a 20-minute weekly triage and track items received, median days to first response and share accepted, with arithmetic for a sample of 30 items. Mark feature availability [VERIFY].
