Asana Meeting Agenda Project Template
Create a reusable meeting prep and follow-up task set.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Create an Asana task set for a recurring meeting: [MEETING_NAME]. Frequency and length: [FREQUENCY_AND_LENGTH]. Attendees and roles: [ATTENDEES]. Usual topics: [TOPICS]. Return tasks for before (collect agenda items, send the pre-read, book the room or link), during (notes, decisions, actions) and after (publish notes, create action tasks, update the project). For each task give the owner role, a due rule expressed as days before or after the meeting so the template is reusable, and a checklist. Add a facilitator checklist and a note-taker checklist. Include a standing agenda whose timings add up to the meeting length, with the arithmetic shown, and end five minutes early so actions can be confirmed before people leave. Add a rule that items not sent by the deadline move to the next meeting. Suggest two ways to cut ten minutes, such as moving information-only items to a written update. Mark any step that depends on how our template feature works [VERIFY].
