Write a product strategy one-pager. Product, customers, and market: [PRODUCT_AND_MARKET]. Business goals: [BUSINESS_GOALS]. Strengths and constraints: [STRENGTHS_AND_CONSTRAINTS]. Competitive landscape: [COMPETITION]. Produce a one-page document: vision (one sentence); target customers and the problem; differentiation (why they choose us, why it is hard to copy); strategic bets for the next 12 months (three), each with a rationale and a measure; what we will not do; key risks and assumptions; how the strategy connects to company goals; and success metrics with current baseline. Test the strategy: a checklist of questions (could a competitor say the opposite? does it make a real choice? is it specific enough to guide trade-offs?) and a scored review (1 to 5 on clarity, focus, evidence, feasibility). Rewrite any generic statement. Before "Be the best platform for teams." After "Become the default scheduling tool for clinics of 5 to 20 staff by removing no-shows through two-way reminders." Include a short list of the three strategic trade-offs the strategy accepts (for example 'we choose depth in one segment over breadth') and the metric that would show the strategy is failing within two quarters.
