Define content pillars for my channel. Channel topic: [CHANNEL_TOPIC]. Audience: [AUDIENCE]. My strengths and what I can credibly teach: [MY_STRENGTHS]. Current video list: [PAST_VIDEOS]. Time per week: [TIME_AVAILABLE]. Return: 1. Three to four pillars, each with a one-sentence promise, audience problem it solves, formats it suits, and how it feeds a business goal if I have one. 2. A table that assigns my existing videos to pillars and marks gaps and weak performers. 3. A series idea for each pillar with a repeating title pattern and a thumbnail template note. 4. A 12-week schedule that rotates pillars, with working titles. 5. A rule for rejecting ideas that do not fit a pillar. 6. Metrics per pillar: views, average view duration, subscribers gained, and comments quality, reviewed monthly. Explain trade-offs: narrower focus helps discovery but may bore me. Ask which pillar I would keep if I could only have one. Keep the whole answer practical enough that I could start the first series this week, and name the pillar most likely to fail so I can watch it closely.
