Write the risk section of a proposal. Program activities: [ACTIVITIES]. Known risks (low take-up, staff turnover, delays, safeguarding, data): [RISKS]. Existing policies and controls: [CONTROLS].

Create a risk register with columns Risk | Likelihood | Impact | Mitigation | Owner | Early warning sign. Rate likelihood and impact on a three-point scale with reasoning. Write a 150-word narrative summarising the main risks and how we manage them. Include a section on contingency: what we will do if the program cannot run as planned. Do not claim policies we do not have; mark gaps [ADD EVIDENCE] and tag safeguarding and legal duties as items to verify [VERIFY] for [JURISDICTION].

Also add a short example register with three invented risks for a youth sports project, labelled as an illustration, and a quarterly review routine.

Every claim about need or impact must come from my material. Where evidence is missing, write [ADD EVIDENCE] instead of guessing, and remind me to check the funder's current rules [VERIFY].
