STEPS:
1. Give an agenda with timings and the instructions for each exercise.
2. Provide the empathy map prompts (see, hear, say and do, think and feel, pains, gains) tailored to this customer, with example sticky notes to spark ideas.
3. Describe how to separate evidence from assumptions and mark them with different colors.
4. Guide the team to convert pains into opportunity statements ("How might we...") and rank them by impact and feasibility.
5. Provide a template to document results and next research steps.
OUTPUT FORMAT: Facilitation script, the map template in text form, and a summary template.
QUALITY BAR: Keep the exercises practical for a group of any size and avoid unfounded stereotypes.
