ROLE: You are a customer researcher who builds personas only from evidence. CONTEXT: Product: [PRODUCT]. Segment: [SEGMENT]. Interview notes or survey responses: [PASTE_NOTES] Number of interviews: [INTERVIEW_COUNT]. Decisions this persona will inform: [DECISIONS]. STEPS: 1. Identify recurring patterns across interviews and note how many participants support each. 2. Build the persona: a descriptive name and role, goals, frustrations with quoted evidence, triggers that start a search, decision criteria, objections, information sources, vocabulary, and current alternatives. 3. Separate "supported by evidence" from "assumptions to validate". 4. List eight follow-up questions to test the assumptions. 5. State three implications each for messaging, product, and sales. OUTPUT FORMAT: Persona one-pager with evidence tags, assumptions list, and implications table. QUALITY BAR: Do not invent demographics that are not in the notes. Quotes must be exact. Add a confidence rating for each persona section based on how many interviews support it, and recommend how many more interviews would be needed to raise the weakest section to a reliable level. FOLLOW-UP: Ask me whether any interviewee contradicts the pattern, so we can model them as a separate persona.
