Review blog performance. Data per post: page views, users, engagement time, scroll or engagement events, conversions, traffic source and publish date: [POST_DATA].

Create a table of posts with views, engagement time, conversions and conversion rate (conversions divided by views), highlighting the top ten and bottom ten. Calculate average engagement time, the share of posts producing 80 percent of views, and the concentration: if the top five posts give 60 percent of views, the site depends on them. Group posts by topic and compare, and warn about small numbers and the age of posts. Engagement time is a rough signal; combine it with outcomes.

For each group recommend update, merge, promote or leave alone, with reasons. Draft an editorial plan for the next quarter of three posts that build on the strongest topics, labelled as hypotheses to test, with a review date. Treat every menu name, limit and default as unconfirmed until checked in the current help centre [VERIFY].
