Explore endings for my story. Story summary: [SUMMARY]. Main theme: [THEME]. What readers should feel at the end: [DESIRED_FEELING].

Write five ending options in 100 words each: triumphant, bittersweet, tragic, ambiguous, and an unexpected reversal. For each, list what plot threads it resolves, what it leaves open, and what it says about the theme. Provide a comparison table with columns for emotional effect, thematic fit, risk of feeling unearned, and the set-up needed earlier in the book. Recommend the best fit and list the foreshadowing to plant. Add a final-line test: three possible last lines for the recommended ending and the feeling each leaves.

Add a reader-response prediction for each option: who would love it, who would feel cheated, and why. Provide an epilogue idea for the two best options, each in about 60 words, and a short checklist on emotional closure: has the main relationship, the main goal, and the main fear each been addressed?
