Rewrite passages that tell emotions instead of showing them. Passage: [PASTE_PASSAGE]. Point of view and tense: [POV_TENSE]. Genre: [GENRE].

Highlight each telling phrase (for example "she was nervous") and label it by type: emotion, trait, backstory, or summary. Offer two replacements for each: one using action and body detail, one using the character's perception or choice, each under 30 words and fitting the point of view. Point out when telling is actually the better choice and keep it. Then present the full passage rewritten with a balance of both. Produce a table of tell, show option A, show option B, and your pick. Close with three checks I can apply on my own: remove the emotion word, replace adjectives with behaviour, and ask what the character would do with their hands.

Add a section that identifies passages where I show too much, such as long strings of gestures that slow the pace, and suggest cuts. Provide a short list of overused body-language phrases to avoid, with fresher alternatives tied to my genre, and a one-paragraph note on how to maintain voice when replacing telling with showing.
