Provide a session report template with areas covered, bugs, questions, risks, and a confidence rating. 5. Provide a debrief checklist so findings become tickets and new automated checks. OUTPUT FORMAT: Charter table, heuristics list, report template, and debrief checklist. QUALITY BAR: Charters should point to risk, not to features alone. Make the charters distinct from each other in target and technique so that eight sessions cover eight different risks, and include one charter that deliberately uses a slow connection or an old device.
