Create a code review guide for my team. Team size and seniority mix: [TEAM_SIZE_AND_MIX]. Languages and frameworks: [TECH_STACK]. Typical pull request size: [TYPICAL_PR_SIZE]. Current complaints about reviews: [REVIEW_COMPLAINTS]. Turnaround we can realistically commit to: [TURNAROUND_TARGET].

Write it in three parts. Part one is a reviewer checklist grouped under Correctness, Tests, Readability, Security basics, Performance, and Docs, with no more than five yes or no questions per group. Part two is an etiquette section with comment prefixes (for example "blocking", "suggestion", "nit", "question") and sample comments written well and written badly, using three pairs. Part three is a rubric that scores a review from 1 to 5 on Timeliness, Clarity, Kindness, Depth and Helpfulness, with a one-line description for scores 1, 3 and 5.

Add a short section on what authors owe reviewers, such as keeping the change small and self-reviewing first, and a rule of thumb for splitting pull requests based on my typical size. Close with a one-page version that fits on a team wiki.

Do not invent team practices; adapt only to the facts I gave. Where tooling features such as suggested changes or review assignment are mentioned, flag them [VERIFY]. Keep the tone constructive and avoid blaming individuals.

Add a worked example with invented figures: 8 engineers, 25 pull requests per week, a 24 hour target, and show how many reviews each person owes per week.
