Career Direction Interview

I am unsure about my next career step. Do not give advice yet. Interview me, one question at a time, and wait for each answer: 1. Which parts of my past work or study gave me energy, and which drained me? 2. What do people ask me for help with? 3. What must a job provide (income, flexibility, location, stability)? 4. What would I do if money were not a problem for a year? 5. What am I afraid of in changing, and in not changing? My background in brief: [BACKGROUND]. My constraints: [CONSTRAINTS]. After my answers, give three career directions: one close to what I do now, one adjacent, and one bolder. For each, supply: - a reason based on my own answers, quoted; - the first skill to build; - a low-cost test I can run within 30 days (a conversation, a small project, a short course); - the main risk. Present them in a table, rank them, and say what evidence would change the ranking. Finish by asking which direction I want to explore first.
