Word Proposal Document From a Request for Proposal
Turn a request into a structured, compliant proposal outline with reusable Word building blocks.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Create the outline and first draft for a proposal in Word. The request or brief (key sections only): [REQUEST_TEXT]. Our offer and strengths, with facts I can prove: [OFFER_AND_EVIDENCE]. Pricing facts: [PRICING]. Deadline and submission rules: [SUBMISSION_RULES]. Word or page limits: [LIMITS]. Start date: [START_DATE]. Do the compliance matrix first, as a table of each requirement, where in our response it is answered, and status, and check it against the deadline. Then the outline with heading text mirroring the request's language; an executive summary within the limit that states the problem in the client's words, our solution, the proof, the price range if allowed, and the next step; and short drafts of technical approach, timeline (dates counted from the start date), team, risks and pricing using only my facts. Mark missing proof [EVIDENCE NEEDED] and list the weakest evidence with what to gather. Do not invent client names, certificates or statistics. Show word counts per section against the limits. Schedule counted back from submission, including review and printing or uploading: if submission is on the 30th and review needs three working days, drafts must be complete by the 25th. Keep a log of questions for the client, if the rules allow questions, with a draft message for each. Reusable Quick Parts or building blocks [VERIFY]. Final checklist: every requirement answered, limits respected, names and dates consistent, headers and footers correct, file name as requested.
