Answer each reviewer comment with a clear reply and a record of the change.

Help me prepare a response document for reviewer comments on my Word document. Comments and the text they refer to: [COMMENTS_AND_PASSAGES]. My intended action for each, where decided: [MY_DECISIONS]. Reviewer's role and expectations: [REVIEWER_CONTEXT]. Build a table with columns Number, Reviewer comment (quoted exactly as pasted), Section or page, Response, Change made (with the new text), and Status (done, partly done, not changed with reason). Write each response in a polite, specific, non-defensive voice of two to four sentences. Example row: comment 3, 'The sample size seems small', Section 2.1, 'Thank you. We agree and have added a limitation paragraph.' Where I disagree, thank the reviewer, explain my reasoning with evidence I supplied, and offer a compromise if reasonable; where a request goes beyond scope, propose wording that explains the boundary respectfully. Where a comment is ambiguous, write the clarifying question instead of guessing. Add a short cover note and a one-paragraph summary for the top of the response, and show how many comments are accepted, partly accepted and declined with percentages. Use only the facts I gave, invent no data or citations, and mark missing evidence [NEED EVIDENCE]. Output plain text that pastes cleanly into a Word table, and close with a check that every comment has a response.

Invented row. 3 | "The sample size seems small." | Section 2.1 | Thank you. We agree and have added a limitation paragraph; we cannot increase the sample within the deadline. | Added: "The sample (n = 24) limits generalisation." | Partly done. Summary: 12 comments; 8 accepted (66.7 percent), 3 partly accepted (25 percent), 1 declined (8.3 percent). Second row. 7 | "The conclusion goes beyond the data." | Section 5 | We agree and have softened the claim to match the evidence. | Changed 'proves' to 'suggests' in paragraph 2 and deleted the final sentence. | Done. Cover note sentence: We thank the reviewers; the main changes are a limitations paragraph in Section 2.1 and a more cautious conclusion in Section 5.
