Confluence Inline Comment Replies and Review Summary
Respond to review comments and summarise open points.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Help me respond to review comments on a Confluence page. Page text (relevant sections): [PAGE_TEXT]. Comments in order with who wrote them: [COMMENTS]. My position on each, if I have one: [MY_POSITION]. Classify each comment as correction, question, suggestion or disagreement. Draft a short reply that thanks the reviewer without grovelling, answers the point, avoids defensive language and says what happens next, and say whether I should change the page, explain, or ask for more input. Write the edited text for any change I accept. For comments that raise a risk, suggest whether to log it separately; for those outside the page's scope, say so politely and offer where to discuss them. Where two reviewers disagree, set out both views fairly and suggest who should decide. Do not argue for me beyond the facts in my text. Provide a summary table with Comment, Type, Reply, Page change and Status, and a closing note for the top of the page saying what changed after review and when the page will next be reviewed.
