Lean Canvas One-Page Plan
Summarize the whole business model on a page.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Fill in a lean canvas for my business. Business idea: [BUSINESS_IDEA]. Customers and their problem: [CUSTOMERS_AND_PROBLEM]. What I know so far, with evidence: [KNOWN_FACTS]. Return the canvas as a table with nine blocks: Problem (top 3, with existing alternatives) | Customer segments (with early adopters) | Unique value proposition (one clear sentence) | Solution (top 3 features) | Channels | Revenue streams | Cost structure | Key metrics | Unfair advantage (something that cannot easily be copied or bought; if none yet, say so honestly). For each block, tag items as Evidence or Hypothesis. Then provide: the three riskiest hypotheses in order; an experiment for each (what to do, how long, what result would validate or invalidate, sample size caution); a set of 10 customer-interview questions that explore problems and current behavior rather than pitching; and a decision rule for continuing, changing course, or stopping after the experiments. Add a short narrative (120 words) of the model and a list of the numbers that must be true for the business to work (for example price, conversion, cost to acquire a customer), marked as assumptions. Do not invent evidence.
