Create: (1) a connection table with columns Dataset, Source, Connection type, Account type (personal / service / unknown), Owner named?, Backup owner?, Gateway single point of failure?, Last refresh result, Risk (Low / Medium / High) with a reason; (2) counts by risk and by account type, with the arithmetic for percent of datasets tied to a personal account; (3) a list of scenarios to plan for: a person leaving, password expiry, a gateway machine restarting, a source being renamed; (4) a recommended pattern: service accounts where policy allows, least-privilege read access, documented ownership, alerts to a shared mailbox; (5) a quarterly review checklist of 8 items; (6) a short note to the data owner under 120 words. Guardrails: this is not a security assessment or compliance certification; involve IT or security for decisions on credentials. Do not suggest sharing passwords. Do not change connections. Add a worked example with invented numbers: 20 datasets, 9 refresh using a personal account. Show 45 percent and the first three to move.
