Audit data from a Google Form in Sheets. Questions and expected answer formats: [QUESTIONS]. Sample of responses: [SAMPLE_RESPONSES]. Total responses: [TOTAL]. Does the form collect personal data? [PERSONAL_DATA].

Run the checks in this order, giving the formula idea for each in plain words [VERIFY]: duplicates, blanks, out-of-range numbers, inconsistent spelling, dates in different formats, free text that should have been a dropdown, and test responses. Count each problem and the share of responses affected, then the share with at least one problem and the share clean, which must add to 100 percent.

Return a table, form changes in priority order (validation, dropdowns, required fields), and a clean-up plan that keeps the original responses untouched. Add a short non-blaming message to respondents if a correction is needed. If the form collects personal data, remind me about retention and access. Show the formula idea next to each check so I can run it myself on the full set. Say how large the sample must be before the percentages mean much, and what to do if my sample is smaller.

Invented counts from 200 responses. Duplicates 8 (4 percent). Blank required answer 5 (2.5 percent). Odd values 17 (8.5 percent). Test entries 3 (1.5 percent). Responses with at least one problem: 31 (15.5 percent); clean 169 (84.5 percent). Order of clean-up: remove the 3 test entries, merge the 8 duplicates by keeping the latest, standardise the 17 odd values in a cleaning sheet, and leave the 5 blanks for follow-up. Form changes: make the key question required and replace the free-text country field with a dropdown. Check next month: the share of responses with a problem should fall below 5 percent.
