Audit the columns and status labels on a monday.com board that has grown messy. Columns with type, name, percentage of items filled, and who uses them: [COLUMN_DATA]. Status labels with their colours, meanings as people understand them, and number of items with each: [STATUS_LABELS]. Reports and automations that depend on them: [DEPENDENCIES].

Find columns rarely filled, columns with overlapping meaning (two date columns, three status columns), status labels that overlap (Stuck, Blocked, On hold), labels never used, and labels whose colour suggests a different meaning from the text. Count them and show percentages, for example 7 of 18 columns filled in under 20 percent of items is 39 percent. Check that automations and dashboard widgets do not rely on a label you plan to remove.

Return a table with Column or label, Fill rate, Overlap, Dependencies and Decision, and a simplified set of columns and statuses with one-sentence definitions. Migration plan: map old labels to new, update automations, test on a copy, switch, and archive old columns after 30 days. Add a short guide for users. Mark feature names and limits [VERIFY].
