Audit boards. List with owner, last activity, members, items and workspace: [BOARD_LIST].

Count boards by status and show the percentages, for example 52 of 140 boards with no activity for 90 days is 37 percent. Count boards without owners, duplicates of the same process created by different teams, personal boards used for shared work, and boards with very few items. Propose a lifecycle: new boards need an owner and a purpose; boards inactive for 90 days are flagged to the owner, archived at 120 days unless the owner objects, and deleted after a year with approval. Add a naming standard. Check automations and dashboards that depend on a board before archiving [VERIFY].

Return a table, a communication, and a 60-minute clean-up session plan. Ask before archiving anything, and mark features that differ by edition [VERIFY]. Keep the clean-up proportionate: say which five boards to look at first and why. If I did not give activity dates, ask for them rather than assuming, and keep a list of what was archived so it can be restored.

Invented inventory of 140 boards. No activity for 90 days: 52 (37 percent). No owner: 17 (12 percent). Near-duplicate boards of the same process: 14 (10 percent). Boards with fewer than 5 items: 23 (16 percent).
Plan: contact the owners of the 52 inactive boards with two weeks to object; assign owners to the 17 orphans; merge the 14 duplicates; archive the rest after 30 days. Estimated effort: 2 minutes per owner message, 52 messages is about 1 hour 45 minutes; archiving 40 minutes. Check dashboards and automations before archiving.
