Audit the freshness of SharePoint content. List of pages and key documents with owner, last modified, views in the last 90 days, and type: [CONTENT_LIST]. Our rules for review: [REVIEW_RULES].

Explain how you grouped the content and the rule for stale (for example no edit in 12 months and no views in 90 days). Calculate counts and percentages with arithmetic: items, not modified in 12 months, no views, no owner, owners who left, duplicate pages. Example (invented list of 500 pages): not modified in 12 months 210 (42 percent), no views in 90 days 95 (19 percent). A lack of views can mean the page is hard to find, not useless. For each group recommend review, update, archive or remove with the owner to ask, avoiding anything under retention rules [VERIFY], with evidence and low-confidence items marked.

Pages with no owner: identify the likely owner from the creator and edit history [VERIFY], ask their manager, and assign (60 pages at 10 minutes each is 10 hours). Show the ten pages that would benefit most from an update, a message to owners with a deadline and a default action, a banner for stale pages saying who to ask, an archive rule for pages unused for 18 months with the owner's agreement, a plan in hours, and a quarterly report of overdue pages.
