Define each criterion in a phrase before scoring so I can see the standard you used: clear title, description of done, owner, due date, priority and linked context. Score each task 1 to 5 on each, quoting the weakest line, and mark a task unscorable if it is too short to judge. Calculate the average per criterion ranked weakest to strongest, the share of tasks scoring at least 4 with the sample size beside each percentage, and the distribution of total scores, such as how many scored under 12 out of 30. Return a table, the top three problems, rewritten examples for the two weakest tasks, and a one-page template. Suggest a two-minute check of five questions an author can run before assigning a task. Talk about the tasks, not the individuals, and keep to the facts in the sample.
