Separate what new starters said from what you infer. Show a table with each question, average score, share scoring 4 or 5 and lowest score, with arithmetic (for example scores of 4, 5, 3, 4, 2 and 5 average 3.83). Note that 12 starters is a small sample and scores can reflect the manager someone had; avoid identifying individuals.
