Review fraud controls for my Stripe account as a defensive review of my own account. Data for the last quarter: payments, blocked payments, payments sent for review, confirmed fraud cases, disputes, refunds, and customer complaints about blocked genuine payments: [FRAUD_DATA]. Rules and settings I use: [RULES_AND_SETTINGS]. Who reviews payments and how quickly: [REVIEW_PROCESS]. Do not ask me to paste card data or customer details. Calculate the block rate, review rate, confirmed fraud rate (fraud cases divided by payments), dispute rate, and the false positive rate if estimable (genuine customers blocked), with arithmetic, and the cost of each (fraud loss plus fees plus lost sales). Balance fraud loss against turning away genuine customers, and show both numbers. Evaluate whether rules are too strict or too loose, whether reviewers record outcomes, and whether signals such as mismatched countries or repeated attempts are used sensibly. Return a table (Control, Evidence, Concern, Change to test) and a review procedure: what the reviewer checks, how they decide, how long it takes and how outcomes are recorded. Change one rule at a time and measure for a set period. Mark feature names [VERIFY].
