Audit subscription health. Data: subscribers at the start of the month, new, cancelled by the customer, cancelled after failed payment, trial conversions and recovered payments, by month for six months: [SUBSCRIPTION_DATA].

Define each measure first: starting subscribers are those active on the first day of the month, voluntary churn is a cancellation the customer chose, and involuntary churn is a cancellation that followed failed payments after the retry period. Show counts beside every rate: monthly churn is cancellations divided by starting subscribers (12 from 400 is 3.0 percent), voluntary and involuntary separately, trial conversion rate (converted divided by trials ended), net growth (new minus cancelled) and recovered revenue. Involuntary churn is often fixable with better retries and card update reminders [VERIFY], while voluntary churn needs product and service answers. Small numbers make rates unstable and six months is a short history; do not forecast.

Return a table, trends, and three actions with one test for each (onboarding emails, card update prompts, cancellation surveys) and the measure that will show whether it worked.
