Compare each value, show the difference and the arithmetic as (slide value minus source value) divided by source value, and flag stale or mismatched numbers. Example: slide revenue 4.2 million against 4.5 million in the sheet is (4.2 - 4.5) / 4.5 = -6.7 percent. Explain how you decided whether a mismatch matters: 0.1 percent from rounding is not the same as a different definition of the metric, and say when a number cannot be compared because the definition differs. Check whether slide titles still match the numbers. Show the date of each source.

Return a table with the count of mismatches and the largest difference in percent, the slides in order of problem size, and a refresh plan stating who updates, by when, and how the update is recorded with the data date on each chart.
