Review the sharing of my Google Slides deck. Current sharing settings and people: [SHARING_STATE]. Linked sheets and files: [LINKED_FILES]. Contents sensitivity: [SENSITIVITY]. Settings I cannot see: [UNKNOWN_SETTINGS].

Begin with a summary: people with access by level, link settings, and linked files. Check for link sharing broader than needed, editors who should be commenters, former colleagues, published-to-web versions no longer needed, and notes containing private remarks. For each linked file ask whether viewers of the deck can open it, since a chart linked to a private sheet may fail for outsiders. Rate each issue by exposure and give fixes in order.

Return a table, a message to the deck owner and to editors, a checklist to repeat before each external share, and a rule for who may approve external sharing and for naming decks meant for external use. Do not change settings until the owner agrees. Keep the findings to a table, with the most exposed first. Say what I should check myself in the sharing dialog, since you cannot see it, and which questions to ask the deck owner.
