Find review debt before a document is published.

Present a table with Item, Author, Age in days, Category, Recommended action and Owner. Classify each as blocker, should fix, optional or outdated, count by category, and calculate the share older than 14 days. Identify comments answered but not resolved and suggestions that conflict. Group comments that refer to the same passage, since one decision often closes several. For each blocker write the one-line decision the document owner must make.

Give a closing checklist in the order to work: blockers, then conflicts, then should fix, then optional, with an estimate in minutes for each group, the number of items remaining if every recommendation is followed, and the date by which the document could be published. You are advising; the document owner decides what to accept. Mark any item you cannot classify from its text and ask me one question for each, rather than guessing. Keep the final checklist short enough to work through in one sitting.
