README and Onboarding Documentation Audit
Test whether a newcomer can run the project.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Audit the README and setup documentation. Paste the README and setup steps: [README_TEXT]. Operating systems used by the team: [OS_LIST]. Time the last new person needed to get set up: [SETUP_TIME]. Follow the instructions literally and mark every missing prerequisite, ambiguous command, version assumption, undocumented environment variable, and step that fails on another operating system. Check the first paragraph explains what the project is and who it is for. Return a table with Step, Problem and Fix, a rewritten quick start of ten steps, and a test routine in which a newcomer follows it and times themselves. Also list the information a newcomer should find in the first five minutes, such as purpose, architecture sketch, how to run tests, how to get help and who owns the project, and suggest a feedback form for new joiners after their first week. Add a rule to update the README with every change to setup steps.
