Salesforce Contact Roles and Relationship Coverage Audit
Check whether key accounts have the right contacts.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Audit relationship coverage on our key accounts in Salesforce. For each account: the contacts with title, role on the opportunity (decision maker, influencer, user, sponsor), last activity date, and whether the contact is still at the company as far as we know: [ACCOUNT_CONTACTS]. Our coverage standard for key accounts: [COVERAGE_STANDARD]. For each account check: at least three contacts, at least one economic decision maker, a sponsor or champion, contacts in more than one department, and recent activity on the main contacts. Count accounts meeting each test and the share with arithmetic (11 of 40 accounts with a decision maker recorded is 27.5 percent). Flag single-threaded accounts, opportunities with no contact roles, and contacts with no activity in 12 months. Use business information only and record minimal personal data about contacts. Return a table by account with Gap, Risk and Action ranked by account value, and a plan to improve coverage: introductions through existing contacts, events, executive sponsors, and updating Salesforce after each meeting. Mark field and report names [VERIFY].
