Salesforce User Adoption and Field Usage Audit

Audit adoption. Data: logins in the last 30 days by user, records created and updated, field fill rates, and report views: [ADOPTION_DATA]. Number of licences: [LICENCES]. Feedback from users: [FEEDBACK]. Treat low usage as a signal about the system and process first, not individual performance; state sample sizes. Show the adoption table by team with the active user rate (active users divided by licences), users with no activity, reports with no views, and the least-used fields with the proportion of records using each. Worked fill-rate table (invented): Next step 88 percent, Close date 97, Competitor 12, Budget confirmed 31, Decision date 54; average 56.4. Candidates to simplify or require at a stage: Competitor and Budget confirmed. Look for fields that are required but empty, fields with the same value in almost all records, and fields duplicated in meaning. Group feedback into themes and count them. Recommend: remove unused fields from layouts (with a layout clean-up template), simplify screens, train on the three most important behaviours (a 30-minute session on the five fields that drive the forecast), and reassign or remove unused licences [VERIFY cost rules]. Write the five-question survey in neutral wording, interview three users about what slows them down, and give a 30-day plan with weekly actions, such as raising next step completion from 88 to 95 percent in two weeks with a weekly manager check, and a measure at the end. Adoption follows usefulness.
