Proposal and Quote Document Audit
Check a sales proposal for clarity and risk.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Audit a proposal I sent. Paste the proposal: [PROPOSAL_TEXT]. What the client said they needed: [CLIENT_NEEDS]. Outcome and feedback: [OUTCOME]. Compare the proposal with the client's stated needs, check the order of information, clarity of scope, assumptions, exclusions, price presentation, timeline and next step. Flag content that is about us instead of them, and terms that could be misread. Return a table with Section, Issue and Fix, a score from 1 to 10 for relevance, clarity and persuasiveness, and a shorter outline. Contract terms are [VERIFY] for [JURISDICTION] with a professional. Also check how easy the proposal is to approve internally, for example whether a manager who was not on the call can understand the problem, the solution and the price in two minutes. Suggest a summary page and a list of decisions the client must make, with dates. Also check the document for typos, inconsistent figures and tone, and test whether the price can be understood without the cover email. Suggest an alternative structure with a one-page summary first, details after, and a clear acceptance step with the date until which the quote is valid.
