Help me catch up on a long email thread and reply. The thread (oldest to newest, paste everything): [PASTE_THREAD]. My role: [MY_ROLE]. What I think is being asked of me: [MY_UNDERSTANDING]. My availability and constraints: [CONSTRAINTS].

Process:
1. Summarize the thread in five lines: topic, key positions, decisions made, open questions, and deadlines. List who said what for any disagreement.
2. Identify what is being asked of me, if anything, using this tree: IF I am asked a direct question THEN answer it first. IF a decision is needed from me THEN state the options and my recommendation. IF I am only copied for information THEN consider no reply, or a brief acknowledgment if useful. IF the thread is confusing or has gone in circles THEN propose a call or a one-page summary of options. IF new people should be added or removed THEN say so.
3. Draft a reply of 60 to 120 words that responds to the question, summarizes the decision or next steps with owners and dates, and removes unnecessary recipients (avoid "reply all" noise).
4. Draft an alternative that proposes a short meeting.

Include tips on subject line changes when topics shift, bullets for clarity, and checking facts in the thread. Don't add facts not in the thread.
