Write a reply to an angry customer email. The customer's email: [PASTE_CUSTOMER_EMAIL]. The facts as we know them (what happened, what we found out): [FACTS]. What we can offer: [OFFERS]. What we cannot do and why: [LIMITS]. My name, role, and sign-off style: [SIGNATURE].

Show BEFORE and AFTER.
BEFORE: a typical weak reply ("We apologize for any inconvenience. Our policy states...") with the problems marked in brackets ([generic apology], [policy shield], [defensive], [no action], [no timeline]).
AFTER: a reply of 120 to 180 words in this order: a specific acknowledgement of what went wrong (using their words, not "any inconvenience"); a sincere apology for the part that was our fault; what we have done or will do and by when; the options available to them; what we need from them (if anything); and how to reach me directly. Keep a calm, human tone; do not match their anger; do not blame them, the courier, or colleagues; do not promise anything I did not list.

Then provide: a shorter version (under 80 words) for chat; a line to use if they are right about part but wrong about another part (disagree respectfully with facts); a version that declines a request politely while offering an alternative; and a checklist to review before sending (names, facts, tone, commitments, attachments). Mark gaps as [ADD DETAIL].
