Help me write insight statements. Observations: [OBSERVATIONS]. Context: [CONTEXT].

For each observation distinguish: observation (what was seen or said), interpretation (why it might happen), and insight (a non-obvious truth that points to an opportunity). Write insights in the form "[User] [needs/does/struggles] ... because ... which means we could ...". Rate each insight for novelty, evidence, and actionability (1 to 3 each).

Example: Observation "Four of six participants exported data to a spreadsheet." Insight "Analysts export data not because our charts are weak but because they must combine it with numbers from other systems; a way to import external data would keep them in the product." Provide five examples from my data, flagging weak insights (obvious or unsupported) and rewrites. End with a checklist for good insights and three follow-up questions. Do not invent evidence.

Score each insight on a three-point scale for novelty, evidence, and actionability, rewrite any scoring below 2 on any dimension, and keep each final statement under 40 words so it can be reused in a deck.

Observation: "Four of six participants exported the report to a spreadsheet." Interpretation: they distrust the totals? Insight: Analysts export data because they cannot see where numbers come from, not because charts are weak; a source trail would let them skip exports.
Scores (1 to 3): novelty 3; evidence 2 (4 of 6); actionability 3.
Weak example: "Users want an easier interface." Rewrite: "Users abandon the form at the address step because they cannot find which fields are required."
Checklist: specific; evidence stated; implies an action; under 40 words.
Follow-up questions: What do they check in the spreadsheet? Who else do they send it to? Which totals do they doubt?

Illustrative only, made-up data. Your results will differ and must be reviewed.
