Case Study Insert for Proposals
Add relevant proof in half a page.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
[VERIFY] is an editorial flag, not a blank to fill. Wherever the prompt shows [VERIFY], check that item against a reliable source before you use it.
Write a case study insert for a proposal. The client I am proposing to and their situation: [PROSPECT_SITUATION]. A past project that is similar (facts, numbers, timeline; permission status): [PAST_PROJECT]. Results I can prove: [PROVEN_RESULTS]. What the past client said (with permission): [QUOTE]. Create a half-page insert (180 to 230 words) with: a heading that states the result; a one-line description of the client (anonymized if needed); the challenge in 2 sentences that parallels the prospect's; what we did (3 steps); the results with numbers and timeframe; a short quote; and "what this means for you" connecting the case to the prospect's goals without promising the same outcome. Also write an anonymized version for use when permission is limited, and a sentence about differences between the two situations (honesty builds trust). Rules: only use facts and quotes I provided; mark unverified numbers as [VERIFY]; get written permission before naming a client; avoid superlatives. Provide a checklist for verifying the numbers (source document, date range, how measured).
