Decision process: roles, steps, timeline, budget, alternatives. 7. Premature pitching: where did I talk about my product before understanding the problem? 8. Handling concerns. 9. Summary and next step: specific, dated, agreed. Return a scorecard, three moments to replay (with timestamps if present), a rewrite of my two weakest questions, a list of what I still do not know about the prospect, and a follow-up email draft (under 120 words) based only on what was said. Do not infer facts that are not in the transcript. Add a monthly pattern tracker (which criteria stay low) for self-coaching.
