Build a discovery question bank for my sales calls. What I sell: [OFFER]. Typical buyer role and company size: [BUYER_AND_COMPANY]. Typical sales cycle: [SALES_CYCLE]. The three problems my product usually solves: [PROBLEMS_SOLVED].

Return a table with 36 questions: Stage | Question | What it uncovers | Follow-up probe | Red flag answer. Use four stages: (1) situation (how work is done today, tools, volumes, who is involved), (2) problem (what is not working, how often, what it costs in time or money, what they have tried), (3) impact (who else is affected, what happens if nothing changes, what a good result looks like in numbers), (4) decision (who decides, what process, timeline, budget range, alternatives under consideration, what could stop the deal). Nine questions per stage.

Rules: questions must be open (no yes or no) except where confirming facts; none should hint at my product; avoid stacking two questions in one; include at least six questions that ask for a recent concrete example ("Walk me through the last time that happened"). After the table, mark the eight questions to ask in a 30-minute first call, the order to ask them, and three questions to avoid because they sound like interrogation. End with a note on listening: a target of buyer speaking about 60 percent of the time.
