Design a Trello board for [TEAM_AND_WORK]. How work moves from start to finish: [WORKFLOW_STEPS]. Types of work we want to tell apart: [WORK_TYPES]. People and their roles: [PEOPLE]. What the team reviews at the weekly meeting: [WEEKLY_REVIEW].

Propose a board name, no more than seven lists in order with a one-line definition of when a card belongs there (short names that read on a phone), labels with meaning that do not rely on colour alone, a card template with checklist items, rules for who moves cards, and a limit on cards in progress per person. Walk one real card from my workflow through the board from start to finish to prove the design works. Add a card naming guide (start with a verb, put the client or project in brackets). Say what the board will not do, such as track hours or show dependencies, and where that information should live. Suggest two Power-Ups, the problem each solves, and whether they are available on our plan [VERIFY]. Avoid structure the workflow does not need. Describe a one-week trial and three questions for the team at the end.

Invented design for a four-person design team. Lists: Requests, Briefed, In progress (limit 3 per person), Review, Delivered. Labels: Logo (blue), Social (green), Print (orange), Urgent (red text and an exclamation mark in the card title so colour is not the only signal). Card template: client, due date, size, brief link, checklist of deliverables.
One card walked through: 'Spring flyer', requested on the 3rd, briefed on the 4th, in progress on the 5th, in review on the 10th, delivered on the 12th, 9 days in total. Trial: two weeks, then ask the team three questions.

Illustrative only, made-up data. Your results will differ and must be reviewed.
