ClickUp Weekly Status Report From Task Export
Summarise a list or folder with counts and risks.
The Open buttons send the prompt text as currently shown below to that site only when you click. Fill in the placeholders first.
Write a weekly report from this ClickUp export: [TASK_EXPORT]. Project and goal: [PROJECT_AND_GOAL]. Audience: [AUDIENCE]. Week ending: [WEEK_ENDING]. Last week's numbers, if any: [LAST_WEEK]. Names acceptable for overdue owners: [NAMES_OK]. Use the layout Headline, Numbers, Done, Next, Risks, Decisions. Put the status colour (green, amber or red) and the rule used in the headline, for example amber because 22 percent of open tasks are overdue. Show counts by status in a small table with status, count, share and a total row, and check the shares add to 100 percent, noting rounding. Include completion percentage with arithmetic, overdue items with days late, blocked items, items closed this week, reasons for moved dates if recorded, next week's priorities and decisions needed. If the export does not show why something is blocked, say so and do not invent causes. Compare with last week only if I supplied numbers, and name owners only if I said it is acceptable. If the export is too small to say anything useful, say so in one sentence and suggest what extra data to include next time. Offer a three-line message version.
