Clarify roles on our team. Current roles and complaints: [ROLES_AND_COMPLAINTS]. Team size and structure: [TEAM_STRUCTURE]. Stakeholders: [STAKEHOLDERS].

Produce a table of decisions: Decision | Who decides | Who is consulted | Who is informed | Notes. Cover priorities, scope of a sprint, estimation, technical approach, release timing, hiring, quality standards, and stakeholder promises. Describe each role's responsibilities in plain language (product owner, facilitator, developers or doers, stakeholders), the common confusions (facilitator as manager, product owner as order taker), and conflicts in my description.

Add a one-hour workshop plan to agree the table, a list of signals that roles are unclear (decisions reopened, work waiting for approval), and an agreement template. Include advice for small teams where one person wears several hats.

Return the decision table filled in with proposed owners from my description, mark any decision with two claimed owners as 'conflict', and propose a rule for resolving it. Add a one-paragraph version for new joiners.
